NC Thespian Festival 2025 will be March 7-9, 2025 at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC! 

Students who wish to compete in Thespy's or One-Acts at the State Level must first compete at the Regional Qualifier in January.

Students! Do you need financial assistance attending festival? Scholarships covering half or full registration fees are available for students on Free and Reduced lunch. CLICK HERE to apply!

Thespian Society's International and State Thespian Officers proudly support SEND A TROUPE scholarships to International Thespian Festival. To help support this cause, rubber duckies are sold at festival in the theme of each year's festival. Please bring $1 and purchase a duck memento from festival to help this cause--and remember--they go fast!! And be ready with your change for MINUTE TO WIN IT!!

Required Paperwork
  • Health Forms do not have to be uploaded to the system, **but should be printed in triplicate**. One copy should be kept behind the student’s name tag around the neck, one turned in at registration, and the other kept with the troupe director.  
  • Download and review the BEHAVIOR CONTRACT. Please collect signed copies from each student and bring them to the festival.
Payments
  • Payments can be submitted 2 ways:

      • Simply load your students into the cart and pay by credit card
    • Check
      • Make checks payable to: NCEdTA
      • Send checks to: 1923 Haven Road, Greensboro, NC 27410 
  • PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED by ONE WEEK after registration closes.
  • Late registrations will be accepted through 2/9 with a 10% additional fee added to the total cost of registration
  • No exchanges or refunds will be issued after your registration has been received.
