What do STOs do?

-Represent the student voice of Thespians in NC
-Advocate for Arts Education
-Help plan the State Thespian Festival
-Plan the themes for festival and implement it under a budget
-Facilitate smooth running of the State Thespian Festival

-Communicate and work alongside the ITO's (International Thespian Officers) and NC Board Members
-Create videos and social media communications for publicity
​-Fundraising for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS
-Leadership workshops at State Thespian Festivals!
-Facilitate running the Jr. Thespian Festival through workshops and leadership responsibilities, acting as guides and mentors for middle school students!
